Whether you choose to enjoy the concert from the best seats in the house or simply relax in the VIP area, this event promises to be a highlight of the year!

We warmly welcome our VIP media guests to enjoy the show from your VIP seats. You are also welcome to bring your cameras and backdrops for interviews. Please note that interviews with the headliners and principal artists are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of their management teams.

However, there will be several opportunities to interview other prominent VIP artists and influencers in the VIP lounge area. For any questions or requests on-site, please see the Showtime Productions staff.

We are excited to welcome you to Spiritfest 2024! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following media credentials guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you to capture the spirit and energy of this incredible event.

Credential AllocationMedia credentials are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.Each media outlet is allowed a maximum of two (2) credentials.Additional requests will be considered based on availability and event capacity.

Identification and Access Credentials must be worn and visible at all times during the event. Media representatives are required to show a valid ID upon request.Credentials grant access to designated media areas only. Unauthorized access to restricted areas is prohibited please respect the BS Arenea protocols. .

Conduct and Guidelines Media representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.Interviews with artists and VIPs should be scheduled in advance where possible.Flash photography and intrusive lighting are not permitted during performances.

Equipment and Technical Needs Media representatives must notify the event organizer of any special technical requirements in advance.Electrical outlets and Wi-Fi access will be provided in designated media areas.

Coverage and Content UsageContent obtained at Spiritfest 2024 must be used for editorial purposes only.E.Ray Promotions reserves the right to approve all media coverage and use of event images and footage.
Non-Transferable: Credentials are non-transferable. Sharing or transferring credentials will result in revocation.

Revocation of Credentials: E.Ray Promotions reserves the right to revoke media credentials at any time for any reason.

Idemnification: Media representatives agree to hold harmless E.Ray Promotions, Spiritfest, Bons Secours, Music2ChangeU, Alphaeus Anderson, and associated staff or volunteers from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
